Appointment Cancellation Policy

Appointment No Show Policy An appointment is considered a "no show" when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notifying the facility at least 24 hours in advance. Clients are encouraged to reschedule or cancel appointments as soon as possible. Notice given at least 24 hours in advance will allow us to offer the slot to another client, thereby maintaining our service standards and efficiency. First Occurrence - If a client fails to show up for an appointment for the first time, they will receive a courtesy notification reminding them of our policy and asking them to reschedule. Second Occurrence and Subsequent Occurrences - On the second occurrence, the client will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. Additionally, future bookings will require a deposit to secure the appointment. Exceptions We understand that emergencies and unforeseeable circumstances can occur. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
